E.piphany, San Mateo, CA, yesterday signed a license agreement for its analytic, campaign management and real-time personalization software with News Corp.'s News America Marketing subsidiary.
Under a hosted application service provider agreement, the marketing services provider also will use E.piphany's E.4 system to deliver the customer relationship management and loyalty programs of its SmartSource Direct subsidiary.
