Epiphany Inc., San Mateo, CA, a customer relationship management solutions provider, said yesterday that its Epiphany Advisor solutions will be available Nov. 19.
The solutions, which will target large consumer-oriented businesses, build on the company's Epiphany Interaction Advisor and add two new solutions, Epiphany Insight Advisor and Epiphany Lead Advisor.
The Epiphany Advisor solutions aim to improve profitability by enhancing existing customer systems rather than the “ripping and replacing” required by more traditional approaches.
Epiphany Advisor includes Value Packs for Siebel and PeopleSoft, which provide packaged integration solutions for those CRM systems.
Epiphany also said that Epiphany Advisor for Retail Finance and Epiphany Advisor for Communications solutions, which are designed to solve specific business problems within those industries, also will be available Nov. 19.
The Epiphany Advisor solutions can be purchased as individual components but perform optimally when used in conjunction with the others, the company said. Pricing is based on a per-user-seat basis and typically starts at $250,000.
