Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the largest rental car company in North America, has signed a multiyear contract for Fair, Isaac and Co. Inc.'s MarketSmart Decision System.
Enterprise, St. Louis, will use MarketSmart to support multiple strategies for marketing to prospects and customers.
The MarketSmart Decision System ties together the most critical aspects of personalized marketing — including data warehousing, analytics, multichannel campaign management, data mining and decision technology –to deliver customer-centric, channel-optimized marketing and consumer information campaigns that can be executed in hours instead of days.
MarketSmart will allow Enterprise to meet key operational requirements and marketing objectives, including:
· Gaining a comprehensive, consolidated view of the customer.
· Giving marketing staff the ability to track and evaluate marketing programs.
· Creating more finite segmentation strategies for customers and prospects.
· Calculating and tracking lifetime value of customers.
