EMusic.com yesterday signed an agreement for access to Koch Entertainment's music catalog.
The two companies said they will work together to promote and sell digitally Koch’s catalog, which includes music from artists such as The Kinks, Scorpions, Smithereens, Michael McDermott and John Scofield.
EMusic, Redwood City, CA, operates a Web site for sampling and purchasing MP3 formatted music.
