MyLackey.com, Seattle, announced a program yesterday for employers who want to maximize employee output by offering incentives. The firm offers consumers online access to errand-like services such as laundry and housecleaning.
Businesses that sign up for the Work Program will be able to offer their employees on-site massages, gift certificates, dry cleaning pick-up and other services as a reward for quality job performance. MyLackey.com has branches in Seattle and Portland, OR, and plans to move into eight other major U.S. markets by the end of the year.
MyLackey.com has signed nine clients to the Work Program. Internet business services firm eProject.com, Seattle, recently joined. Kneale Culbreath, executive assistant at eProject.com, said the Work Program gives “our employees a helpful, low-cost incentive that makes their lives a little easier.”
