E-mail technology firm EmailLabs is partnering with e-mail reputation company Habeas Inc. to offer better e-mail delivery reporting.
EmailLabs will integrate Habeas’ real-time monitoring data directly into its campaign reports, letting advertisers view delivery rates of inbox versus bulk folders across major Internet service providers.
Also, delivery data appears alongside other campaign metrics, such as overall open and clickthrough rates, bounces, un-subscribes and Web page visits.
“There is more visibility into deliverability into the top ISPs,” said Jim Herbold, vice president of sales for EmailLabs, Menlo Park, CA.
EmailLabs also wanted to work with Habeas to “introduce the Habeas accreditation element to our members,” he said. “They can get certified, and it is something that ISPs can rely on.”
The solution “eliminates the hassle of logging in and out of separate services to assess the complete deliverability metrics of an e-mail marketing campaign,” according to EmailLabs.
Habeas is located in Mountain View, CA.
