EmailLabs launched an upgraded version of its e-mail marketing application yesterday that integrates Web analytics from WebSideStory.
EmailLabs Version 4.0 includes partnerships and technology integration with WebSideStory's analytics and Habeas' delivery monitoring service.
EmailLabs, Menlo Park, CA, said its partnership with e-mail reputation firm Habeas, Mountain View, CA, will let clients gain insight into the delivery metrics of their e-mail messages, including whether their e-mails were delivered to the inbox or bulk folders of major ISPs.
Marketers also can view delivery rates alongside open, click-through, bounce, unsubscribe and other metrics without having to log into a separate account for delivery monitoring.
“The integration with WebSideStory for behavioral targeting and Habeas for improved e-mail deliverability is the first of many upcoming technology partnerships,” EmailLabs CEO Dave Sousa said.
The software also provides more complex e-mail personalization with a single template, the company said.
“Say you're in the travel industry and somebody was interested in promotions for vacations to Florida and vacations to Hawaii,” said Ashish Seth, director of products at EmailLabs. “Normally, people have to write two different campaigns. Now, they just write one campaign.”
