MarketFirst Software Inc. has released the sixth version of its e-mail marketing software, which now lets businesses target Western European audiences.
Results can be obtained in one report, regardless of whether the e-mail was sent in one language or several languages.
“It helps you localize the content for local rollouts while still keeping your brand message intact,” said Cynthia Countouris, vice president of product marketing at MarketFirst, Mountain View, CA.
The software can arrange responses from campaigns according to nation and the appropriate language. For example, campaigns can be followed up with efforts to target German-speaking individuals living in either Germany or Switzerland.
MarketFirst 3.0 follows the company's 2.5 version and includes eight templates that can be used to launch time-sensitive campaigns.
Responses from campaigns are available in HTML-coded and Microsoft Excel reports to let marketers test creative and make changes. The software also can be used to send prospect information to sales forces.
The license price for the software starts at $195,000.
