Dynamics Direct Debuts Drive E-Mail Technology

Rich media e-mail marketing services provider Dynamics Direct Inc. has debuted Drive — dynamic rich individualized e-mail — as an upgrade to its rich media e-mail platform.

The Los Angeles company said Drive brings all of its e-mail marketing technology under one umbrella and offers dynamic reporting; multiple messaging formats, including Flash and Java; creative services based on an agency approach; and its Surefire Delivery service. Surefire Delivery is a detection and optimization capability that automatically detects the recipient's e-mail software and can deliver the appropriate form of rich media, including HTML, to America Online users.

“Drive fully integrates all of our technology,” said Russ Gillam, Dynamics Direct's president/CEO. “It streamlines our process and expands our capacity. It's not a huge change, but it brings efficiency and availability to more customers.”

Gillam noted that the demand for rich media e-mail marketing has been increasing. He said Dynamics Direct is nearly fully booked for July. The company is two campaigns away from being sold out for August and has about 20 campaigns booked for September.

“The demand for rich media e-mail is going through the roof,” he said.
