DVC Worldwide has created DVC Healthcare, a new group for marketing to healthcare professionals.
The group offers marketing communications, sales representative training, medical and clinical services and medical education.
Morristown, NJ-based DVC Worldwide serves healthcare clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., Pfizer, Pharmacia, Schering-Plough, Dermal Labs and GR Lane Health.
Besides its New Jersey office, DVC Worldwide has outposts in New York, Minneapolis and London and Devon in Britain. About 1,200 employees work for the agency, which specializes in behavioral marketing.
Julia Ralston and R. Steven Lang will run DVC Healthcare as president and executive vice president, respectively.
Ralston most recently was president of OCC Global, managing the North American and European operations of the healthcare communications firm. Lang was senior vice president of client services for OCC North America.
