Princeton, NJ-based Church & Dwight Co., the maker of Arm & Hammer products, announced an agreement to acquire Orange Glo International, Greenwood Village, CO, for $325 million in cash. The transaction, which is subject to regulatory and other customary approvals, is expected to close during the third quarter of 2006.
