Nuveen Investments Inc. named Draft Chicago as its new agency. The shop will handle direct marketing and communications programs for the asset management firm.
Draft also will analyze Nuveen's marketing campaigns and design shareholder, broker and initial public offering communications for the company's closed-end exchange traded funds.
Nuveen sells tax-free instruments, value and growth equities, and market-neutral alternative investment portfolios. An affiliate of The St. Paul Companies, Nuveen manages more than $88 billion in assets.
Separately, the same Draft office won the Fleetwood Enterprises Inc. account. The 53-year-old Fleetwood, Riverside, CA, is a recreational-vehicle maker also producing and selling prefabricated houses.
Named agency of record, Draft will create and execute integrated marketing programs involving strategic branding, direct marketing, promotion, customer relationship management, retail support and Web design. The appointment recognizes that Fleetwood seeks more measurable advertising as its company and markets expand.
