DotHomes.com, a property search engine, has launched a free Property Price Tracker tool. It lets owners, prospective buyers, investors, developers, vendors and estate agents compare property value over time. It estimates property price fluctuations based on the asking prices of comparable properties and historical data from several sources, including mortgage lending companies.
