Donnelley Marketing Gets NCOALink Full-Service Status

Donnelley Marketing, Woodcliff Lake, NJ, an infoUSA company, said yesterday that it has received a full-service license from the U.S. Postal Service to offer NCOALink, which will replace its full-service NCOA license.

The next generation of change-of-address software, NCOALink replaces the current NCOA service Oct. 1. The USPS has used new secure data storage technology to develop and implement NCOALink. This technology aims to protect the privacy of consumers who file a change of address with the postal service.

Full-service licensees get the full 48 months of change-of-address information. The USPS also offers limited-service and end-user licenses, which support 18 months. Full- and limited-service license information is updated weekly. End-user license data is updated monthly and restricts processing to the end user's own mailing lists.
