Donnelley Marketing, Woodcliff Lake, NJ, an infoUSA company, said yesterday that it released ScoreConnect, a tool to improve customer acquisition and retention efforts.
ScoreConnect matches names and addresses from transactions completed via the Web, call centers and retail point of sale to Donnelley's databases of 112 million consumer households and 13 million businesses. Records are scored and ranked using a Donnelley model to identify the best offer or promotion for the individual customer or prospect.
The tool was created to increase customer lifetime value, according to Donnelley.
In other news, Donnelley Marketing also said yesterday that it was selected to provide direct marketing information and services to Cordia Communications Corp., a firm serving the telecommunications industry.
