DaimlerChrysler’s Dodge auto brand sponsored a DVD sampler inserted in Paste Magazine’s August issue.
The DVD promotes the new 2007 Dodge Caliber car.
Called the “Dodge Caliber Music Tour of America,” it features live footage and videos from music artists like The Pixies, The Shins, Al Green, The Raconteurs and Calexico.
The DVD also includes content about the Dodge brand, commercials for the new Dodge Caliber and several short films called Awaken, Theodore, Flightless Birds and Tuffy Low-Low.
The issue hits newsstands Aug. 2.
Paste magazine is an independently published entertainment title. It features analysis on film, books and other aspects of popular and alternative culture.
Dodge is the best-selling brand of the Chrysler Group. In 2005 it sold 1.4 million vehicles.
