TDA_Boulder’s community service campaign for Colorado chain Hapa Sushi targeted parked cars throughout the Denver and Boulder neighborhoods where people most often go out on the town. Five thousand hand-shaped wiper covers were left on car windshields with instructions for a field sobriety test to help potentially intoxicated drivers realize they might need to call a cab.
