DMW Greenlights eTraffic Division

Direct marketing services agency, DMW Worldwide, Philadelphia, said recently it was launching what it calls its new “eTraffic” traffic division. The agency hopes to win new business by helping dot-com companies, optimizing their site exposure and developing new revenue streams by focusing more on the use of traditional direct marketing strategies. DMW also cites sources claiming that too many Internet companies are spending too much money on television advertising that is not driving enough traffic to client's Web sites.

“The apparent failure of general media leads us to believe that direct response marketing can be enormously successful in generating traffic to client Web sites,” said DMW Worldwide CEO Steve Isaac.

Isaac notes, however, that the “success of dot-coms relies on responses.” He says that's what classic direct marketing and DMW Worldwide can help clients bring to the table. DMW is promoting its new division with the launch of a new Web site at www.dmw-w.com/eTraffic.
