Changes in the health insurance industry regarding Medicare were among the reasons that the Wayne, PA, company created the division. The company has developed direct marketing campaigns for BlueCross BlueShield plans in 30 states, Puerto Rico and Canada.
As part of this new organizational focus, the agency formed a commercial account group headed by Denise Williams, executive director, business development and group account director. That group supports clients in the insurance and financial services sectors as well as business-to-business and technology.
