DMS Group Inc. continues its expansion spree with the acquisition of Williams Kincaid Group, a direct marketing agency in Elmhurst, IL.
Terms of the deal, which closed last month, were not disclosed. Williams Kincaid president John Brahm and his management team will stay with the company.
Williams Kincaid offers design as well as agency and production services. It specializes in direct mail programs.
This purchase is in line with DMS' intent to offer end-to-end direct marketing services to clients. DMS, Bloomingdale, IL, is part of Cardinal Growth LP and also owns Lynn Marketing and American Mail Services.
