DMNews looking for young all-stars

DMNews is accepting nominations for its second annual Top 30 under 30 Direct and Digital Marketers. This feature has re-scheduled from its original publication date of Dec. 7, 2009, and the deadline is now extended to February 1.

In a special online exclusive that will publish Feb. 22, DMNews will reveal a list of young professionals selected for their proven abilities to lead teams, initiate change and growth, drive measurable results for clients and deliver fresh insight into the marketing challenges in the direct, database and interactive marketing industry.

Last year’s winners spanned the breadth of the industry, from list marketing professionals to digital agency creatives to database specialists. Topping the list was The Hyperfactory’s Jeff Arbour, a mobile marketer who launched more than 125 mobile campaigns across the globe in 2008 for brands including Toyota, JCPenney, Motorola, DHL, Unilever, Nestle and Procter & Gamble. His award-winning direct marketing work, as well as his participation in industry groups such as the Mobile Marketing Association and the advisory board for Parsons Emerging Research Lab, placed him at the top of the list.

“The 30 under 30 competition is designed to salute up-and-coming, standout direct marketing executives,” said Carol Krol, DMNews’ executive editor. “We’re looking forward to featuring this year’s crop of young direct marketing stars.

Entrants must be actively employed in the direct or digital marketing industry and be 30 years of age or younger as of February 22, 2010. View the entry form here. The deadline is February 1.
