Michael Provenzano is the CEO & Co-Founder of Vistar Media, a software company based in New York City.
What has been your proudest career accomplishment to date?
It’s been amazing to see my current company Vistar Media grow to over 100 people with significant revenues, profitability for over 5 years and all of this done while only having raised ~$2m in convertible notes. Most companies in our sector have raised tens of millions of dollars and struggle to reach profitability so I’m really proud of the culture and work ethic of our team at Vistar.
What’s the best piece of advice you can give to future 40Under40 honorees?
Make tough decisions in a timely manner, as they will only get harder with time.
What do you hope to accomplish in the next five years?
I’d love to see Vistar continue its current growth trajectory and find a strategic partner to take us to the next level. After that, we will see!
