DM News on April 10 will publish its Essential Guide on Interactive Technology, a special issue dedicated to proprietary interactive technologies helping marketers and retailers in online customer marketing, acquisition and retention.
Each brief will contain details on why the featured marketer is using that interactive tool and how, results achieved, the previous technology used, other marketers using it and contact information of the technology vendor.
“The goal is to give marketers and retailers an idea of the interactive technology options available to them and used by their peers,” said DM News executive editor Mickey Alam Khan. “Marketers and retailers talking about what worked for them carry serious weight and bear consideration.”
