Disc Makers, a consumer and business-to-business DMer of CD and DVD products, has been acquired by Corinthian Capital Group LLC.
The announcement came yesterday from investment bank Goldsmith Agio Helms, which served as adviser to the deal.
Disc Makers, Pennsauken, NJ, offers replication, graphic design, printing, packing and fulfillment services that it markets through catalogs and online retail to the independent music and film industries, business, government, educational and religious organizations.
Corinthian Capital Group was formed last year in New York as a leveraged buyout firm that seeks to invest in middle-market service providers.
