The Bettergolf.net e-mail newsletter is owned by the publisher of Golf Illustrated magazine and reaches golf enthusiasts who signed up online to receive it.
Selects on the file include geography and gender. It is 48 percent male and has a base price of $75/M. According to Direct Media, 83 percent of the file has purchased golf products from a catalog or retail store in the past 12 months, and 50 percent have done so online.
