DiaLogos Inc., Boston, has opened an office in Chicago. The company, which bills itself as a customer relationship management expert, focuses on offering a combination of management consulting and integrated marketing.
Robert R. Jackson, former executive vice president/general manager of Customer Management Services, will head the new unit as principal. Joel Book, founder and president of independent management consulting firm J.E. Book & Co. Inc., will serve as director of the new office's integrated marketing practice.
DiaLogos, founded in 1995, is divided into four core service areas: management consulting, market intelligence and metrics, integrated marketing and system architecture and integration. It uses strategic consulting, market research and data mining to create marketing programs that will let clients measure results. Its client list includes 3M, Adidas, Charles Schwab, Polaroid, GE Capital, Bank of Boston and the U.S. Mint.
