Dialogos Inc., a customer relationship management solutions provider, is expected today to announce a program that allows companies to implement closed-loop marketing solutions quickly and to obtain quantitative results in as little as six weeks.
The program, called QuickStart, stems from Dialogos' strategic alliance with Yankelovich, a provider of information on marketplace trends, consumer attitudes and their implications.
The partnership combines Dialogos' CRM expertise with Yankelovich's Monitor MindBase solution, a database tool that segments consumers into distinct categories.
By overlaying the Monitor MindBase onto a client's customer database, Dialogos, Boston, said it would be able to obtain insight rapidly on each consumer and to create targeted marketing campaigns based on consumers' wants and needs.
The QuickStart program is aimed at companies that need immediate results and return on investment from their CRM investments, as well as validation that a long-term CRM investment would prove beneficial.
