Dell Computer shares rose more than 11 percent on Friday after the computer direct marketer reported earnings that beat Wall Street forecasts on Thursday.
Dell stock rose 5-7/8 to 50-9/16 at the start of the days trading and dropped to 49 15/16 by the afternoon for an 11.75 percent increase.
The day before, Dell reported a 31 percent increase in revenues.
