Delia's Inc. said yesterday that its fiscal third-quarter net loss narrowed from a year earlier when the teen retailer experienced costs related to a restructuring, according to reports.
The company's net loss fell to $3.2 million for the quarter ended Nov. 3 from $42.7 million a year earlier.
For the year-ago period, the company reported a loss of $6.8 million before restructuring and other charges.
Net sales plummeted 38 percent to $32.5 million from $52.3 million a year earlier. Year-ago sales excluding sales from divested businesses totaled $27.4 million.
