The Direct Marketing Association’s Nonprofit Federation is accepting nominations for its annual Nonprofit Organization of the Year Award.
The deadline for submissions is June 2.
The award recognizes a nonprofit organization that shows high accomplishment in pursuit of its mission, leadership skills, reputation, consistency, financial performance and ethics.
Preference is given to organizations that show long-term success using direct marketing techniques. Organizations do not have to be members of the Nonprofit Federation to apply.
Previous winners of the award include CARE, Mothers Against Drunk Driving and the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation.
The award will be presented at a luncheon during the Nonprofit Federation’s New York Nonprofit Conference on Aug. 9.
