Call center technology providers Davox Corp., Westford, MA, and IEX, a unit of Tekelec, Richardson, TX, last week sealed an agreement calling for both companies to distribute each others’ products.
Davox will offer the IEX TotalNet Call Routing Solution and IEX will distribute the Davox Ensemble package of multimedia customer contact solutions. The agreement is an escalation of their previous relationships, in which the two companies recommended each others’ products. The agreement is not exclusive.
Davox said the initiative will enhance Ensemble’s ability to serve large, multi-contact center enterprises.
