Group 1 Software, Lanham, MD, and Daleen Technologies Inc., Boca Raton, FL, yesterday announced a worldwide agreement for the creation and delivery of print and Web-based business documents, such as bills and letters.
Under the agreement, Group 1's customer relationship communications solution, DOC1 — which allows companies to create personalized communications for delivery in print or via Web, e-mail, fax or wireless devices — has been integrated into Daleen's Internet-enabled billing and customer care solution, RevChain Commerce.
Current RevChain customers using DOC1 include Flag Telecom and EUR Systems.
