D7 Consulting is New CRM Shop

D7 Consulting LLC has opened doors for business as a customer relationship management firm seeking increased return on investments for clients.

The Chicago firm was founded by Tony DeNunzio after he found that while there was a sudden acceptance of CRM, technology, rather than the customer, was taking center stage.

“We look at CRM as a strategy and not as a technology implementation,” DeNunzio said.

A 10-year veteran in CRM issues, DeNunzio is D7’s president and CEO.

The firm will help develop strategy, help companies identify their most valuable customers and handle change management issues focused on employees.

Specific services offered by D7 include organizational assessment, customer segmentation and analysis, process design and redesign, marketing strategy and technology software selection.

Four agencies have signed up with D7, though DeNunzio said he could not disclose their names because of confidentiality agreements. But he said that these clients are in the technology, packaged goods, business-to-business commerce and financial services categories.
