CyberRep renewed an agreement this week to provide inbound customer acquisition service for The Perrier Group of America, a group of branded bottled water products.
Under the agreement, which was extended for two years, CyberRep call center agents handle inbound calls in response to Perrier's direct marketing campaigns. The campaigns promote home and office deliveries of Perrier products, including Arrowhead, Calistoga, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Poland Spring, Ozarka and Zephyrhills.
A spokeswoman described the deal as a multimillion-dollar agreement, although the exact amount was not disclosed.
In addition to renewing the agreement, McLean, VA-based CyberRep may expand its relationship with Perrier by taking on the additional duties of responding to customer inquiries made by Internet chat and e-mail through Perrier's brand Web sites.
