CVS Caremark Corp. is set to close its Phoenix and Fort Worth, TX mail-order prescription centers. More than 400 jobs are expected to be lost as a result of the Phoenix closure. The company attributed the closure to changing business demands and the $27 billion merger of CVS and Caremark earlier this year.
