Customer Analytics Inc., a Web-based ERM solution provider, announced Friday that it is offering ERM Central, an open, end-to-end customer-centric solution aimed at financial service organizations.
According to CA, the solution will help retail banks, specialty financial companies, insurance companies and brokerage firms build relationships by continually refining insights into customer behavior, developing targeted value propositions, and strategically allocating business resources.
The system will be comprised of tools created by CA, such as its Predictive Models Templates Library, along with tools from other companies it has formed strategic partnerships with, including MapInfo Corp. and Angoss.
ERM Central, for example, will incorporate MapIno’s MapXtreme 2.0, which will allow users to query and view map data via the Internet in the same way that other enterprise data is accessed and processed. It also integrates Angoss’ data mining package called KnowledgeSTUDIO, which will provide financial service organizations with powerful data mining capabilities, allowing predictive modeling of customer behavior.
