Consumer electronics retailer Crutchfield Corp. yesterday announced the launch of a custom car accessories division for products geared to sports car and truck aficionados.
The Charlottesville, VA, direct marketer will offer accessories like taillight lenses, shift knobs, pedals, gauges and accent lights. Participating vendors include American products Company, Toucan Industries, Varad and StreetGlow.
Crutchfield stores in Charlottesville and Harrisonburg, VA, will carry the new items. Online, they will be available on http://crutchfield.com/customcar. A 16-page supplement in the summer 2002 Audio/Video catalog will sell the items too.
