Crossbow Group LLC will offer online public relations and search engine visibility tools to clients through an alliance with Expansion Plus Inc., an Internet marketing and PR agency in Los Angeles.
Crossbow, based in Westport, CT, will use blogs and RSS feeds to develop, execute and measure the effectiveness of interactive campaigns.
“Clients are clamoring for it, and we view it as direct marketing activity because of its measurability,” said Jay Bower, president of Crossbow Group. “It represents a natural merger of DM and PR.”
Crossbow clients include Staples, Intuit, Pitney Bowes, Citrix Systems, EchoStar’s Dish Network and the Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation.
