Bioglan Pharmaceuticals said yesterday that it chose StayinFront, which provides enterprise-wide customer relationship management applications, to provide a CRM system for its sales force and managers.
Bioglan, which markets prescription dermatology products, will implement Visual Elk, StayinFront’s enterprise-wide solution for managing and integrating all points of customer interaction, and Panorama, a data analysis and decision support tool, for managers.
Bioglan field representatives will use Pocket Elk, the Windows CE-based version of Visual Elk. The two companies said these solutions will replace a paper-based system and improve targeting and reporting while creating efficiencies in data flow and use of resources.
The system also will electronically record sample disbursements, collect physician signatures and maintain sample inventory information for compliance with the Prescription Drug Marketing Act.
