The directory’s content will be maintained by the company’s customer relationship management analysts. It includes information on 370 CRM-related products.
It has been further segmented into subcategories on business-to-business on-demand and hosted solutions, BTB on-premise solutions, business-to-consumer solutions, open source solutions, industry-specific solutions and integrated CRM and ERP solutions.
CRM Mastery is a technology research and software evaluation firm that targets small and midsize businesses.
