Tom Richards, a CRM expert on the use of customer relationship management technologies in the financial services industry, has founded the Crossroad Group, New Orleans.
Richards was formerly an analyst with Financial Insights, an IDC company, which provides research and consulting on technology issues for the financial services industry.
Crossroad Group will help financial institutions improve profitability and value by providing targeted services that contribute to the success of CRM implementations. The firm will offer services to financial institutions and associated CRM technology vendors.
