The new version, which will be made available to all its clients within the next two weeks, offers more user-friendly selection of variables to generate complex queries without having to know Structured Query Language.
The software allows healthcare planners and marketers to analyze information in their database for decision support. CPM said the newest version offers easy specification and manipulation of complex data sets and provides detailed industry reports for market analysis.
DDS Workbench 3.0 allows users to exclude a group or segment from a data set more easily with the use of a new restriction screen. It also includes an embedded reference table that displays choices for selection parameters. Other new features include integration with a mail list generator to produce mailing lists and control groups simultaneously with queries, as well as the ability to save query formulas for repeat use.
