Valpak network products provider Cox Target Media, Largo, FL, announced yesterday the retirement of Diane Elmer, vice president of delivery logistics and postal affairs, effective today.
Elmer will stay with the company as a consultant, continuing her work with the U.S. Postal Service and Canada Post Corp.
Whitney Rocek, director of customer service, will assume responsibility for address lists, postal preparation and delivery logistics regarding Valpak products for the company and Valpak Direct Marketing Systems franchise offices throughout North America.
