Apparel cataloger Blair Corp. picked Coremetrics’ Web analytics platform to handle streamlined reporting for multiple sources of data.
Coremetrics’ integration with the IBM Websphere Commerce Suite, e-mail service provider Silverpop and SAS Marketing Automation played a major role in Blair’s decision.
Blair will use San Mateo, CA-based Coremetrics’ analytics tools to gauge the needs of its consumers and boost customer service. It will then make offers based on the common merchandise preferences of its customers.
Also, Blair will use Coremetrics’ visualization tools to help with its e-commerce site. This will help identify poorly performing pages and eventually aid in increasing conversion rates and decreasing abandonment.
