Coremetrics, an online marketing analytics solutions provider, is to announce today the acquisition of WebCriteria, a privately held provider of services to help companies improve the business impact of their Web sites.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Coremetrics, Burlingame, CA, said that by adding WebCriteria's technology and services, it can address a growing market of businesses that want to move beyond reporting and analysis to specific recommendations that improve conversion rates for products and services across their Web sites.
WebCriteria's flagship SiteAnalyst service will be integrated into the Coremetrics Marketforce offering and be immediately sold and supported by Coremetrics.
