They will measure customer satisfaction value and identify the customer service initiatives that need to be adjusted for optimizing return on investment.
Burlingame, CA-based Coremetrics will integrate Los Angeles-based BizRate's customer feedback data into its analytics platform for analysis of customer segment behavior and attitude. This way, retailers will be able to analyze how customer attitudes affect online revenue.
