CoolSavings Offers Program for Multi-Channel Retailers

Online direct marketing company CoolSavings debuted a new service yesterday designed to help multi-channel retailers reach consumers.

The Buy Anywhere program targets CoolSaving’s 25 million registered households with promotional offers that can be redeemed through a retailer’s Web site, store location catalog or telephone sales office.

The offers will be delivered to consumers through a combination of CoolSaving’s Web site, online newsletter, targeted e-mail and direct mail.

Retailers will be able to analyze shopping and purchasing patterns through the program using in-store monitoring, coupon redemption, database comparison and click-stream data.
