Affinium is Unica's flagship predictive analysis and relationship optimization tool. Universal Dynamic Interconnect is the foundation of Affinium's open architecture, enabling users to access data sources easily and to integrate Affinium with CRM applications and legacy systems.
Coldwater Creek plans to increase the personalization of its campaigns and optimize customer interactions. Coldwater Creek also plans to use Affinium to create event-triggered, dialogue-style messaging to engage customers with more timely and relevant offers. By using Affinium to create highly targeted, optimized campaigns, the company hopes to develop long-lasting customer relationships.
