CMS, CognitiveDATA Release List Tool

Data processor CMS Direct and database company CognitiveDATA said yesterday that they released I-Track 3.0, an integrated address hygiene and merge-purge process.

I-Track 3.0 helps mailers correct list rental addresses in conjunction with their house files, improving deliverability 8 percent to 10 percent, according to the companies. It can be used to process prospecting and house file mailings. When selecting between duplicate records, the system uses recency, frequency and monetary (RFM) scores as well as address deliverability.

CMS Direct, Minneapolis, operates the CMS service bureau as well as cooperative database Prefer Network. CognitiveDATA, Little Rock, AR, is a database technology firm.
