Online photo sharing and photofinishing concern Club Photo Inc. yesterday said it acquired SignatureColor, one of the nation’s largest direct mail photofinishers. It had been a brand of Skrudland Photo, Austin, TX.
Club Photo, San Jose, CA, said the combined companies would serve both digital and traditional 35 mm photographers. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
